Delete your account
You can request permanent deletion of your Space Survival account and the personal data linked to it.
How to request deletion
- Send the request from the email address used with Google sign-in whenever possible.
- Use the subject Delete my Space Survival account. Include your player display name and clearly state that you want the account deleted. Never send a password, payment card number, ID token, or purchase token.
- We may ask for limited information to verify ownership. After verification, we will complete deletion within 30 days and email you when it is finished.
Information that will be deleted
- Your Space Survival backend account and Google account-linking identifier.
- Basic profile information stored by our service, such as display name or email address.
- Active backend sessions and account-linked membership entitlement records, except records that must be retained as described below.
- Account-linked support information when it is no longer needed.
Information that may be retained temporarily
Google Play transaction references, tax or accounting records, dispute records, fraud-prevention information, and limited security logs may be retained when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect the service. Access is restricted, the information is not used for advertising, and it is deleted or de-identified when the applicable retention period ends.
Anonymous or de-identified information that can no longer identify or be linked to you may be retained.
What account deletion does not do
Deleting your account does not automatically remove gameplay information saved only on your phone. Clear Space Survival’s storage in Android settings or uninstall the game to remove local data.
Deletion does not itself issue a refund or change a Google Play transaction. Manage purchases and refund requests through Google Play. Once your account is deleted, account-linked membership restoration may no longer be available.
